About Me.
Dr Amir Aarabi is a Melbourne-based nephrologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of kidney disease. His clinical expertise includes resistant hypertension, recurrent kidney stone disease, acute and chronic kidney conditions, dialysis, and renal transplantation.Fluent in both English and Farsi, Dr Aarabi places a strong emphasis on open communication and shared decision-making, ensuring patients feel informed, involved, and empowered throughout their care journey.He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) from Monash University and completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2015. He undertook advanced nephrology training at Royal North Shore, Prince of Wales, and St George Hospitals, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).Dr Aarabi is the Founder and Director of Renovial Health, a kidney-focused medical service committed to holistic, patient-centred care. He remains actively involved in nephrology research, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and international conferences.
